VEN SPRAY ONE
With the VEN SPRAY ONE, Venjakob has developed a compact coating machine tailored to the needs of craftsmen and small businesses. The newly designed stand-alone solution enables joineries, carpentry workshops and all companies that coat in small quantities to get started with semi-automated coating - quickly and easily at an attractive price. The short delivery time of four weeks increases flexibility when making investment decisions.
Small solution. big benefits
"We now also offer a coating solution to companies for which our professional machines are not profitable due to low capacity utilisation," says Christian Nüßer, Managing Director of Venjakob. As a stand-alone machine, the VEN SPRAY ONE is in no way inferior to Venjakob's professional line in terms of material handling, design and energy efficiency. Even the basic model has high-quality components and a construction designed for sustainability and durability. An advantage of the stand-alone solution is the integrated control cabinet, which allows the machine to be easily connected via the socket. This saves time and installation costs. The basic model can be expanded at any time with additional modules such as remote maintenance. Various additional services such as assembly, on-site project consulting or trials and process training can also be utilised at Venjakob.
Reproducible results
Workpieces that would otherwise be coated using the manual spray stand can now be coated faster and in higher quantities using the robust automatic coating machine. To achieve this, the VEN SPRAY ONE is equipped with a powerful linear drive that controls the four spray guns evenly. The coating is designed for materials made of wood, glass and various plastics. To ensure consistently high quality and reproducible painting results, spray programmes can be preset in the system control and called up in the recipe management.
Workpieces from 250 millimetres in length
The coating machine, which is just over 4 metres long, 4 metres wide and 2.60 metres high, has a spacious spray booth with large viewing windows. Workpieces from a minimum length of 250 millimetres in various sizes can be coated here. The workpiece to be processed must be at least 25 mm wide and 6 mm high; the maximum dimensions are 1,300 mm wide and 50 mm high.
User-friendly design
All areas inside the spraying machine are easily accessible for maintenance. Long-life LED tubes illuminate the spraying area. The extra-large touch screen and the large, self-explanatory user interface for simplified control of the machine are also user-friendly. All in all, a "genuine Venjakob".
