    Stairs

    Every staircase is different and no staircase consists only of steps. In short: a wide variety of components need to be coated - in all possible colours. And these coatings have to be particularly hard-wearing. Thanks to the customised solutions from Venjakob, they are. Whether for small batches or for series production.

    Windows

    Venjakob specialises in the production of individual window parts. Window components - yes, these are windows. But they are also roof windows or façade frame systems. In other words, applications where you not only have to think outside the box, but also have to be able to paint these corner joints: effectively, efficiently, flawlessly. Our systems can realise these and other individual part coatings for you. Horizontal on the reverse - with impregnation, primer, top coat. Everything, the entire process from a single source.
    Interior and exterior doors

    The quality of the coating is reflected in the edges. At Venjakob, we offer processes such as continuous double coating of the outer edges or combined roller priming plus spray painting. The coating of profiling and milling can be applied using the surface spray coating system or, in the case of more complex geometries, in advance using industrial robotics. And just as for these more complex applications, we also have many other solutions ready for you - from individual door painting to series production.
    Sectional doors

    Sectional doors for external use are available in a wide variety of colours. At Venjakob, we develop the systems for you. And as this outdoor use requires a particularly high level of resistance, 2-component coating systems are usually used in these cases.

    Coating technology determines the appearance of a component’s surface and the functional properties it acquires. Depending on the desired result, smooth, textured or precisely profiled surfaces can be produced – ranging from decorative effects to functional protective coatings.

    Surface pretreatment

    Clean and activated surfaces are the basis for optimum coating results. Depending on the material, cleaning, degreasing or activation processes are used - precisely tailored to the subsequent process.
    Industrial finishing | Coating

    Venjakob systems enable reproducible coating results with maximum material efficiency. Different application systems ensure uniform coating thicknesses and the highest surface quality.
    Dry coating technology

    Efficient drying and curing systems ensure short process times and consistent results. Depending on the coat or adhesive system, convection, infrared, UV or combined drying processes are used.
    Exhaust air purification

    Venjakob exhaust air systems clean process air reliably and energy-efficiently. Cyclone, filter or thermal systems safely remove pollutants and enable recirculated air operation - for environmentally friendly and economical production.
    Industrial robotics
