The VEN AIR Vortex cyclone system is one of seven technologies to have received the long-established innovation award from the international timber and furniture industry this year. The “IWF Challengers Distinguished Achievement Award” places particular emphasis on products, processes and services that represent demonstrable progress for the sector.

On behalf of Venjakob, its US sales partner, Stiles Machinery, accepted the Challengers Award at their joint exhibition stand on 25 August.
The VEN AIR Vortex paper-filter-free cyclone system is designed for exhaust air streams from industrial coating processes. Compared with conventional filter systems, it offers the advantages of significantly reduced machine downtime, lower operating costs and more stable conditions in the coating process. According to Venjakob, it proves particularly effective where industrial finishing is carried out at high speeds, resulting in greater amounts of overspray.
