    Recirculating air drying channel

    The recirculation air drying duct utilises closed-loop air management, in which a high proportion of the process air is recirculated and tempered in an energy-efficient manner. The result is a homogeneous temperature and flow profile over the entire length of the channel. The coating films are stabilised, drying times are shortened and reproducible surfaces are created even with varying component geometries. The system is ideal for applications with energy-optimised coating drying.

    Nozzle drying channel

    The nozzle drying channel works with directional high-performance air nozzles that apply defined volume flows to the surface with pinpoint accuracy. Controlled temperature and flow profiles enable particularly fast, homogeneous drying - ideal for short cycle times and high throughputs. The channel supports demanding coating systems and ensures uniform coating quality even with complex geometries or sensitive components.

    The VEN DRY PAL 6-level dryer utilises a pallet system for space-saving drying of coated series parts. Multiple pallet levels allow numerous workpieces to be accommodated simultaneously in compact system layouts.
