With the future-oriented VEN SPRAY ADVANCED Coating machine, Venjakob is focussing on the flexible coating of a wide variety of workpieces made from different materials.
This innovative Coating machine is designed for medium-sized craft and industrial companies in numerous sectors that process large quantities in spray paint booths and want to automate or optimise this process. The VEN SPRAY ADVANCED is designed with a wide range of variants for this purpose. The large linear axis with up to 12 individually switchable spray guns guarantees maximum quality at all times, regardless of the workpiece or its material.
Energy-efficient Coating machine with modern spray booth
Thanks to the intuitive user interface on the swivelling touch display, operating the Coating machine is child's play. The VEN SPRAY ADVANCED also includes a spray gun control system and part recognition for automatic optimisation of the spray guns according to the width of the coating and the position of the workpieces on the conveyor belt. As the control cabinet is already integrated in the VEN SPRAY ADVANCED, the Coating machine can be commissioned quickly and effectively on site.
For medium-sized applications, the VEN SPRAY ADVANCED is an economical and solid solution with a consistently fast feed speed of 7 m/min and outstanding surface quality. The VEN SPRAY ADVANCED is also state of the art in terms of energy efficiency and design and is comparable with Coating machines for larger, industrial applications. The large spray booth is built as a stable profile element construction and is very easy to see through large glass elements. Optionally, one or two highly efficient LED lights illuminate the entire spraying area.
Efficient coating processes with easy cleaning
To ensure high industrial finishing quality - for a wide variety of workpieces and their materials - several spray programmes are preset and a separate recipe management system can also be set up. In addition, the gun speed is infinitely variable from 1 - 2.5 m/sec.
The cleaning effort of the Coating machine is particularly low with the paper belt system, especially recommended for many colour or coating changes. The VEN SPRAY ADVANCED can optionally be equipped with a paper belt conveyor and/or a belt conveyor with coating recovery system. Depending on the application, the coating is discharged as an oscillating squeegee or with an additional belt conveyor with V-scraper.
