Like your entire Venjakob system, the dry coating technology is customised to your specific requirements. On the one hand, the modular design ensures that all components fit together perfectly, and on the other hand, it means that future extensions or additions can be realised at any time - for example, if your requirements have changed and larger capacities need to be coated and dried. In this case, the integration of additional drying systems - whether uv curing systems or infrared dryers - is of course no problem.
Different versions for a wide range of requirements

When it comes to dry coating technology, for example, we offer you space-saving versions of our air circulation dryers as multi-day dryers or vertical dryers - ideal for high capacity and operated with longitudinal or transverse ventilation, depending on requirements. An intelligent ventilation system ensures that all parts in the dryer are evenly ventilated. Our coating drying systems are available with or without belt pallets. Depending on the configuration, you enjoy maximum flexibility, as our dryers can be loaded and emptied fully automatically via Venjakob process monitoring. You can set the drying times per batch individually.
